Step 1: Accessing the Promo Code Section

On your Dashboard page, navigate to Online Ordering on your left side navigation bar and select Promo Code

Step 2: Creating a New Promo Code

2a. In the Promo Code section, locate and tap on the + New Promo Code button.

Step 3: Fill in Promo Code Details

3a. Promo Status - Decide whether you want the promo code to be active or disabled.

3b. Promo Code Name - Give your promo code a unique and descriptive name.

3c. Promo Type - Choose between a percentage discount or a fixed amount discount.

3d. Promo Code Value - Enter the value of the discount based on the promo type selected.

3e. Promo Code - Set the specific code that customers will enter to apply the discount.

3f. Min Amount - Specify the minimum order amount required to avail of the promo.

3g. Promo Expiration Date - Select the date on which the promo will end.

3h. Discount Applicable On - Choose the days of the week when the promo can be applied.

3i. Stock Active - Enable this feature if you want to limit the usage of the promo code.

3j. Stock - Set the number of promo code uses available.

Step 4: Saving the Promo Code

After entering all the required information, click on the Save button to create the new promo code. This code will now be available for your customers to use during checkout, providing them with the special discount you've configured. Or tap on Cancel to revert the changes made.

Remember to regularly monitor the performance of your promo codes and adjust them as needed to achieve the best results. Promo codes can be a fantastic way to engage your customers and drive more orders, so make the most of this feature to boost your restaurant's success.
