Steps to generate a QR code for your restaurant's table service using the eatOS dashboard:

Step 1: Log in to the eatOS dashboard using your credentials.

Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the "Online Ordering" section

Step 3: Select QR Order at the Table.

Step 4: Customize Your QR Code:

4a. Upload your restaurant logo to give a personalized touch to the QR code.

4b. Enter your restaurant's name for branding purposes.

4c. Choose a theme color that aligns with your restaurant's aesthetics.

4d. Craft a welcoming message to greet your customers. You can use AI to generate your welcome message or manually create your welcome message.

Step 5: Configure Export Settings:

5a. Assign a Table Number to the QR code. This step defines the area within your restaurant where customers can conveniently place their online orders.

As a result, the new QR code will be displayed on the left side of your dashboard screen.

Step 6: Sending QR Codes via Email:

To send a copy of the generated QR code to your email, select the "Send to Email" option. Enter the email address where you want to receive the QR code.

If you wish to share the QR code with additional recipients, you can enter their email addresses in the "Enter CC" field.

After adding the relevant email addresses, click the "Send" button to initiate the email delivery.

Step 7: Exporting QR Codes as PDFs:

If you need a physical or digital copy of the QR code, you can use the "Export PDF" button. By clicking this option, your eatOS dashboard will automatically generate a PDF file containing the QR code.
